Answer: No. Guess who pays for those slick
catalogs! Between the fact that our inventory changes by the hour
and the increasing costs of printing and postage, a printed version of
our online catalog is impractical. If you would like more

call us during our business hours of 9 am to 4 pm Central U.S. time,
Monday through Friday, at 1-800-529-7467.
2. How quickly can I get my order?
Answer: One business day! That means that your item would
have to be in stock, you do not want it engraved or personalized by us,
you select overnight shipping as your delivery option, and place your
order with us before 12 Noon Central U.S. Time on Monday through
Thursday. Friday orders would be delivered on Monday.
Otherwise, we typically ship within 48 hours of when your order is
received. If your order is extremely time sensitive, we recommend
you phone in your order to confirm the shipment date and delivery time.
3. How long does it take to engrave or personalize an order?
Answer: We ask that you add 3 business days to the
shipping time for an order to be engraved or personalized. If
your engraving or personalization order is completed before then, we
will ship it right away!
4. Why do you want my email address when I order?
Answer: Only so that we can contact you about your
order and to let you know of any announcements. Our order system
is setup to notify you when your order is confirmed and shipped.
We even email to you the package tracking information. In the
future, as a past customer, you may receive an email message from us
that lets you know about a new item or special. Unlike many other
companies, we DO NOT sell or give our email list to anyone else.
5. If I want my order to be sent as a gift, will the packing slip include the pricing information?
Answer: No. Anytime the ship to address is
different than the bill to address, we delete the pricing and credit
card information from the packing slip.
6. I don’t see what I want. What can you do for me?
Answer: We can search for you. Our inventory
changes by the hour. If we don’t have it, we can let you know if
we can get it, and when. If it is a special order item, we can
let you know when it would be available. You can either email
your request to info@ProfessionGifts.com or call us during our business
hours of 9 am to 4 pm Central U.S. time, Monday through Friday, at
1-800-529-7467.
7. Do you give a discount for quantity orders?
Answer: Yes. The quantity will determine the
price of the item. Most quantity pricing starts with 6 or more
units of a particular item. Sorry, no mix and match. We are
not a wholesaler, so other merchants who buy from us pay the same as an
individual customer. If you are interested in quantity, group or
company pricing, please call us during our business hours of 9 am to 4
pm Central U.S. time, Monday through Friday, at 1-800-529-7467.
8. Will you accept a check or purchase order for payment?
Answer: No. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
9. Will you sell my item that I make or distribute?
Answer: Maybe! We continually search for new
and unique items that are potentially of interest to our customers and
represent an excellent value for their quality. If you believe
that you have such an item that may be of interest to us, please call

to 4 pm Central U.S. time, Monday through Friday.
