How do I return
something to Profession Gifts?
At Profession Gifts, we stand behind our merchandise
100%.
When returning items:
1. All returns must be received by us within 30 days from the date they were delivered. Credit is given for the item cost only, and does not include any shipping, handling, duty, foreign tax or other non-item charges. Returns must be sent to:

2. All returned items must be
in the original packaging.
3. Any items returned for
reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
4. We will not give a credit
or refund for used or personalized merchandise.
5. If you have
received a defective item from us, call us to determine how best to
handle the situation. You may be asked to return the item and a
copy of your invoice. Please inform us which you prefer: a
replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.
6. Please
allow up to 15 days from the day a return is received for a credit to
be issued. Credit can only be issued to the original credit card
used to make the purchase for security and fraud prevention
reasons. If you provided us with your email address, you will
receive an email confirmation of the credit being issued.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately
so we can take the proper steps to file a claim with the shipper and replace the damaged merchandise.
